At Restore Mama, we partner with trusted carriers across the United States to ensure orders arrive safely and in a timely manner.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation is received.

Shipping Times

  • Free Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days after processing (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Expedited / Paid Shipping: 4–8 business days after processing (excluding weekends and holidays)

Once an order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

When the tracking status updates from “On Its Way” to “In Transit,” delivery typically takes:

  • Free Shipping: 5–9 business days

  • Paid Shipping: 4–8 business days
