Refund Policy
Our refund policy is valid for the first 30 days from the date of purchase. To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refund Process
Once a return is received and inspected, an email confirmation will be sent notifying that the item has been received. Customers will also be informed whether the refund request has been approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 5 business days.
If a refund has not yet been received:

First, check the bank account again.

Then contact the credit card company — it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return shipping labels are not provided. Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipment.

Depending on location, the time required for an exchanged product to reach the customer may vary.

For items valued over $70, a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is recommended. Restore Mama cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
